Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program
Eligible seniors aged 60 and over are given $20 for season to purchase produce at participating farmers markets. Call for more information.

Several sites in Essex County serving meals to people aged 60 and older. There is a $3 suggested donation. Call for information on specific locations and times.

Provision of nutritional meals to older persons age 60+ who are unable to prepare their own meals because of physical or mental disabilities. Meals are delivered to individuals’ homes. Service is targeted to those with the greatest economic or social need. There is a waiting list for free delivery.

Located at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church; serves non-denominational lunch every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 11:30am. Dinner is served on Sundays at 5pm; open from 1-4pm most holidays. Some medical and mental health services offered.  Toni’s Kitchen also provides prepared food for organizations serving low-income seniors.

MESH – Montclair Emergency Services for the Homeless

The MESH Café evening meal program occurs nightly, Monday through Saturday, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at rotating locations throughout the Montclair community.
